Contact Navigator™, is a software product which enhances the relationship between you and your customers.

What does that mean?

Well, it means a variety of things

• it's a contacts database, which includes a map to help geographically locate and view your customers. The map shows you not only your customers in relation to each other but also to any other geographical data you might want, such as competitors, suppliers, hotels, favourite restaurants. A Picture speaks a thousand words

• It includes a built-in calendar allowing drag-and-drop appointment planning.

• It can generate letters directly from the database,mail merged to a group or all customers for direct marketing campaigns

• It includes sophisticated search tools

• We supply a set of standard reports together with a report generator to allow you to create your own

• An integrated web brower allows full access to the internet without the need to switch applications.

• The software can be customised easily to allow you to store information about your customers that is specific to your business. This does not require any programming work and can be done via a simple-to-use menu-driven interface

• Contact Navigator™ operates in a networked environment or standalone. For users that are not in the networked environment of the office, Contact Navigator can be used standalone on a lap top and synchronised with the master database.

• In addition we provide a web front end to allow world wide access to the data, should that be a requirement.

Why are we different?

• There are other software packages available which can provide some of the function mentioned above. We do them all within one application.

• Where we have focussed our attention is on the user aspect of the software. We genuinely believe that our software requires minimal training due to the intuitive user interface.

• We make use of "wizards" to guide the user through various steps, and each button has a detailed tool tip description of the function.

• All too often software packages are described as being rich in functionality yet in practice rarely are all the functions used or required. We've taken the approach that we do away with vast numbers of pull down menus, and make available to the user buttons that do only the things they want to do, all of the time. This may go against the grain for a lot of software houses, but so far we haven't had any complaints from our user base.
